On account of Scottish Golf’s recent adoption of the World Handicap System, our newly crowned stroke index 1 off the men’s tees. The fairway curves adjacent to the beach with out of bounds located all the way from tee to green. Accurate big hitters can shorten the second shot to the green by hitting to the right of the tree that dominates the centre of the fairway. Hitting to the left of the tree generates a blind second shot. The approach to the green is protected by a small mound, uneven terrain and by two bunkers.
